We went thru VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owner). We stayed at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. The condo we had is very updated, has everything you need in it. Truely a lovely place. We will be back again.

We stayed in a condo managed by Gibson beach rentals for 8 days. We had a few issues with the condo, and Gibson beach rentals was quick to respond to all of them. They even emailed me back after business hours. I called and emailed several times before booking the condo, and they quickly answered all of my questions. The condo was accurately represented online, the rental agency supplied plenty of linens for the 5 beds in our condo. We liked the app that we downloaded with our access codes for our condo, the pool, and the fitness center.
We just returned from a long weekend in a Beachside II 1 bedroom unit managed by Gibson Beach Rentals. Our entire experience was exceptional! I received a call from them during the day of check in to ensure I had access to the door lock codes (which I did.) I appreciated this so much, considering our very late arrival at the condo. We stepped into a spotless condo, even nicer than the photos, which is NEVER the case! Everything was well organized and simple and I was so very pleased with the service Gibson provided. We will definitely rent from them in the future.
