We had the best time in Destin, and our vacation would not have been complete without Carter Beach Properties! We rented the house, Restin N Destin, and it was perfect for what we needed. The location was so close to the beach, but not directly on the busy main road. We will definitely be back!
Such an inconvenience! ! We came from Houston arrived at the home and the code they gave us to get in the home was incorrect!! We called a million times from several numbers 30 minutes later they finally answer and gave us the correct code only to kind out the key wasn't in the lock box, so now we're sitting out here hopelessly waiting 30 more minutes for someone to arrive, this is such an inconvenience and totally unprofessional! We will NEVER return or even recommend this to family or friends.
Carter properties has been taking care of us since 2007, and we love them! we are snowbirds and they take care of anything we need right away. As long as we're healthy, we plan on using Carter!! Great job Carol!!!!

We highly recommend Carter Beach Properties! The condos have all been spotless, and the location of each has been close to the beach. Craig, Carol and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We are currently renting from them for the 4th time.
