I love Newman-Dailey! I stayed at Jade East with my family for my sister's birthday. We had such a great time playing games, sitting on the balcony together and enjoying the views of the beach. It was so easy to check-in and get right to the property. We had dinner at La Paz which was just a quick drive from Jade East. Can't wait to come back!
My family and I loved every bit of our vacation!! The only issue we had was the lock on our door broke but the locksmith was out to fix it in less than 30 minutes!! We couldn't be happier with the service, location, and amenities.
Do not rent from this company our house had cockroaches,broken glass in the back yard and when you walked in the house with no shoes on your feet would be black from the floors not being cleaned! I have 3 kids one that crawls so it was a pretty bad experience. I would look for other companies we stay in destin every year never had these problems and when called about it they said we will get someone out to spray! How about take care of your customers.
Mark DeSalvo was the agent we used to sell our town-home. He understood what my husband and I wanted from our sale and got us what we wanted very quickly. He noticed mistakes the other agent had in the contract and had them corrected before I even noticed. He was very professional and easy going, however he was aggressive with our sale. The closing went very quickly (it took longer to make copies than it did to actually close). Mark took care of everything for us. I highly recommend Newman-Dailey Real Estate.
