THIS PLACE ALLOWS INCONSIDERATE SMOKERS FREE ACCESS TO ENJOY THEIR NASTY HABIT ANYWHERE OUTSIDE. I had to tell a man to stop smoking while in the pool area with numerous children and toddlers playing within a few feet at the hot tub. That was just one instance out of three where the management/security refuses to address these people. This also includes within a few feet of the entrances. There are laws against that, which Surfside ignores. It may be an open air area, but no person should smoke around babies!!! Get it together Surfside. Are your smokers more important than your families?
Quite, relaxing environment in the off-season. Came late September. Water is perfect this time of year. Kids loved playing at the connecting beach and swimming at the resort pool! Restaurant has great food and everything else is close enough to enjoy!
Units are individually owned and each owner can use a different management agent or they can rent on their own. Facility has tennis courts, 1/2 basketball court, parking garage, gym, BBQ grills, pool, hot tubs, pool deck, outdoor bar, indoor bar and restaurant. Friday night is a free bonfire for guests. Beach Umbrella and chairs available with some rentals or can be rented onsite. Beach is private and you need key to access. Great location with awesome sunset views!
Great views and nice room. I would recommend renting from a local management company and not an individual owner that lives out-of-state.
