This is such a lovely park! We stayed here for 2 months last year and just made our reservation to stay again this year. It is a very quiet and friendly park. They do allow small dogs which is great as some of the private parks do not. It's about 2 blocks to the beach and the area is a golf cart community which is so much fun. The park is super clean and is full of beautiful palm trees. There are several year rounders that live here and they are so very nice and friendly. We Would recommend this park to anyone wanting to spend time near the beach.
