Clean professional localy owned
I did not have a pleasant experience here. I called and made an appointment to store my trailer. I arrived to the north entrance as he requested. I was then asked to drive around building H to enable me to pull into another area. I attempted to drive around building H but couldn't make the turn at the end of the building. The man working there then appeared and was upset, claiming that I don't know how to follow directions. He said if I couldn't make the turn, I was to leave. He ranted and raved about being him being a CDL driver and how most people can't follow directions. Oddly, my wife heard the exact same directions as I did when he first spoke to us. I was polite to him, I backed my trailer out with no problems, and I left his facility. It's amazing how such a simple misunderstanding, on whomever's part, can lead to this type of customer service. Maybe I met him on a bad day.
GREAT location, nice facilities. Bubba and Wanda are very accomodating in finding the exact units we wanted and on the same row as the other unit. Very good vacate policy. Only thing is the demand is so great on this end of town the prices are a little higher, but worth the extra money to not have to drive in Destin traffic to any of the cheaper ones. Plus, it's 24 hours with your code....not like some of the others only certain hours access. Gated, security cameras, can't say enough good things.
Good peeps run this facility.
