But the pizza and never came. And the staff communicated to me that I had probably not been charged but never gave me the concrete answer I ask for. She was polite and apologetic. But that cannot excuse how they dropped my order and never let me know. Left me waiting hungry for two hours with no explanation and then when I call to inquire doesn't even acknowledge I had placed an order just two hours prior. I felt like I was getting punked and the laugh was on me.

Chicken alfredo is awesome. Its $5 on Tuesdays

The lack of communication was a real bummer.

The pizza was horrible I ordered a bbq pizza and they forgot the meat!!! And the cheese was so burnt! Smart mouth employees didn't even fix it $15 in the garbage!

Please let the local branch place orders. The call center customer service takes an incredibly long amount of time to take the order. I just spent about 15 minutes trying to order 2 pizzas for carryout only to find that they wouldn't take payment over the phone, that the pickup person had to pay (i had the bank card, my husband did not.) asked if she would simply "deliver" to the front counter at the location or transfer me to the store manager where I am sure they would've made an exception to the policy and placed the order. She placed me on hold for another 10 minutes to check with "the local manager" only to get back on the line to read me the Pizza Hut policy on takeout orders. Come on man.

Hate that I can't ever get in touch with this store location. The calls are all transferred and the call center doesn't know their delivery area to help me. Hate the call center they have established. Guess I'm going to papa johns down the road

Just earlier I was starving and excited to order pizza. Decided I wanted that pizza that always reminds me of being a kid in the 80's and 90's. So I called Pizza Hut and placed my order and everything went smooth. The guy was nice and polite. He even took my credit card information and said he was charging me for the total amount. He then said the pizza would be to me between about 45-55 minutes.

Two hours go by and I'm starving now more than before. I finally call and speak to a polite woman who says she sees no record of my phone call and previous order. I of course was a bit taken back and consumed. Stumbling upon becoming upset. She explains that I was not in the delivery zone and should have been informed of that in my first call. That perhaps after my initial call they realized the error and cancelled my order. But nobody notified me. I was by my phone the entire time. I was peering out the front door for two hours anxiously awaiting a yummy pizza.
