I asked a question, the response I got from the first person was, "This is the liquor store" in a very inconsiderate tone, and I had to ASK to be transferred. The next girl who answered the phone answered my question by saying in a very short and terse tone, "I didn't know," followed by an awkward silence where I guess I was supposed to just accept that as the final answer. Nooooo, go look and find out the answer and let me know what it is I am looking for.
Couldn't reach the manager, but had I reached him I would have told him to teach his employees how to answer a phone with courteous service to ALL customers. I won't be shopping here in the future, there's another Winn-Dixie right up the street and plenty of other grocery stores I could shop with. For that kind of customer service, I would rather drive an hour away to shop.

Terrible terrible customer service, my experience was via a phone call. The worst part is that I've never been into this Winn-Dixie and am new to this area, so they chased off a potentially new customer by being incredibly rude.
