They have a sign out front promising 25% off your first visit, I did not receive a discount on my first dry cleaning. They're okay, I'm still on the search for a place to do my dry cleaning.
I have been using this dry cleaner mainly for laundering shirts and pants with a few dry cleaning items. They have done a good job for me and I would recommend them highly in the area. I tried 3 other cleaners in the Miramar Beach/Santa Rosa Beach area. Don't waist your time. The others are either way over priced or won't get your clothes back for several days.
Dropped off 7 uniform shirts with the specific instructions "crease sleeves along the exact center point of arm patch". Young man taking them in put a note with the shirts.Picked up shirts with multiple creases in each sleeve but none are where I requested. See photos.
Was told "we can redo them but won't be done until Friday." Today is Wednesday, I chose this cleaner because the person answering phone promised next day service . I dropped shirts on Monday afternoon.
I am not a tourist, I just moved here. I will not be using Bayside Cleaners for my weekly cleaning. I will also steer the hundreds of people I come in contact with every week towards any other cleaner but this place. Not only terrible work product but also atrocious customer service.

Then, when I asked for a refund because I have to have them by Thursday afternoon, I was told the person who authorizes refunds is not physically there. ?????Phones must not work????
