The woman who helped me look at birthstones, rings, and jewelry was very helpful, very polite, and the jewelry is gorgeous.

Originally I would've said great experience based on the fact that we were getting married in a week in a half and promised our rings before our wedding date....however here I am sitting in their store less than 5 hours before my wedding with no rings even after the Saturday delivery did not come thru and the store manager promised repeatedly I would have them before noon....I asked him then how I could trust him since I had already been lied to more thenext once...1230 here I am in the lobby starting to make cancellations and there is no time to reschedule....these people have taken what was made to be a great day and have ruined it for me and there is absolutely no remorse it's "out of their hands" ....so I say to you do not use this company as they cannot live up to their own business agreements....30 mins ago I was also yet again promused they would be here in 15 mins.....still nothing.....
poor customer service. lady in there was very very rude and talked loudly over me because I didn't know my ring size and I was asking for help. would not reccomend this location.
Should have read the reviews before going here. At first I was very happy, they were very helpful and I got an amazing deal on a ring, but then..... Off to get it sized and the drama begins. I was originally told 10 business days, so after that I called and they said oh, no, it's 2-3 weeks. I waited over 2 weeks and asked again. I was then told in the system it showed work complete hopefully they will ship it out today. I waited a couple days and called back again. Was then told they were finishing up and they would call the vendor and ask to hurry with it. I stopped in the store a couple days later and was told in the system it says vendor just received it.... Ugh yet another different story. Today I called and was told again that they were finishing up my ring tonight and shipping it tomorrow should be in store on Saturday. I don't believe it one bit! Today is 3 weeks and who knows when I will ever receive my ring....
