We purchased a living room set and couldn't be happier. One of the cushions had separated at the seaming. We called and spoke with Jessica our original sales person who was great! She ordered us two new ones at no cost! We will purchase all of our furniture from them in the future.
I went to buy a king mattress set from a mattress. For the same product, Tuskers' price was $600 cheaper than the store. And Tuskers' mattress set even had better fabric! Brantley helped me, and she is lovely!
Tuskers Home Store in Mirimar Beach Fl is the worst place to buy furniture from. Once they have your money, they do not care about the defective furniture you purchased in good faith, including honoring warranty, a replacement or a refund. Purchased chairs in March 2017 and as of December 2017, nothing has been done by Tuskers to make good these defective chairs that were delivered in poor condition. Cushions will not remain in position, one chair has frame problem with hole in fabric and one chair has defective mechanism. Worst customer service. Inferior over priced furniture. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Also, I have purchased slipcovered sectionals from them for several properties. They are professional and efficient and make buying furniture a pleasure.
They've got some amazingly cool stuff here for coastal style homes! Bit pricey though.
Would not recommend anyone shopping here!! We ordered furniture at the end of Dec 2015 and were told it would be in within 4-6 weeks! What a joke! As of March 1, 2016, we had received absolutely NOTHING! Cindy, the owner, would continuously tell us it was "on its way" just to find out that was a lie! We had no choice but to cancel our order!!
