We bought a new hot tub. The referred electrician couldn't make it out when they delivered the hot tub. Then they could not keep the Friday appointment either. They wanted us to wait till Monday. We had worked very hard to dig the ditch and keep the schedule with the electrician so when they wanted to put us off I called Metro as a last resort. Metro was out there within a couple of hours.
