Went in here yesterday to shop for the holidays. I had the most amazing experience and everyone was so nice. The manager on duty was beyond helpful and made my shopping experience so much better! I will definitely be coming here more often!! Thank you Shelby!!!
Went in to shop for my girlfriend the other day. The store workers were very pleasant. The girl with brown hair (I think she was the manager on duty?) was amazing though. She helped me find just the right dress to buy her and even helped me figure out what size she might need too. She was great!
I used to love this store but the last two times I've been in, no one has spoken to me. I had to start my own fitting room as the two girls behind the counter were on their phones. Next, I had to hunt someone down just to check out. They also turned the music off and started locking up 20 minutes before closing! Awful customer service. This store is not what it used to be.
Went into the store the other day. Beautiful store and lovely customer service. The two girls with brightly colored hair greeted, showed me around the store, and started a fitting room for me. They kept up with me throughout my shop and offered any assistant I may have needed. Their manager was very nice as well! Great job- love this location!
Went in today, 11/26, for my usual shopping. I love this place and come here very often and all the associates are very nice and helpful. However, the manager on duty, short with brown hair, was very rude and not helpful. She was busy giving tasks to the associates and ignored me. When I asked her to start a dressing room for me, she told me to start it myself. I could not believe she wouldn’t help me! I love this store but as long as she’s working, I won’t be shopping.
