Had a small nail in my new Goodyear Eagle F1 A3 tires. Tire was maintaining pressure but needed it addressed. Dropped in. Got immediate attention. Lucky me. Nail removed and not repair or replacement needed. Asked and all tires checked for proper pressures. Quick, friendly and no cost. I'll be back there when needed.
Had a flat tire on my 2016 GMC Denali. 22 inch Bridgestone which of course is not a Goodyear brand. Got there at 7:05 AM. GM Solon was super helpful. Had the tire off the rim and showed me where belts had been punctured and not fixable. That said, he indicated they could get the exact same Bridgestone tire and have installed by 4:30 same day. Made my tee time and car was finished with the new tire as promised. Eddie also replaced the spare and put the jack back in its original location. I am big on service and this dealer delivered!! Highly recommend.
While here on vacation the motor went out on our power window! We couldn't roll the window up! Called this place at 7:30 am they were able to locate the part and get it to their shop, called us to bring the truck down there and we were on our way by 11:30 am! Solon service manager has fantastic customer service skills! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the price.
Staff is eagar to help, seem to genuinely care about what you need. I was promptly helped with a flat, and have been going there ever since because of how they run their business. Customer service still matters!
